By inviting and using Phishy Bot in your Discord server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Phishy is an anti-phishing moderation bot that scans links and images to protect communities from malicious content. We do not guarantee 100% detection rate and are not liable for any damages resulting from missed threats.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we process messages, images, and server data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to bypass our scanning mechanisms, or use the bot to harass other users. Violation of these terms may result in your server being blacklisted.

5. Pro Subscriptions

Payments for Pro Shield are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
